First, physical disinfection:

1. High pressure water gun spray disinfection. It is suitable for thorough disinfection after empty house, so that all the dust will fall on the ground with the disinfection water and will not fly with the wind. Because some viral pathogens (such as Newcastle disease virus, infectious laryngotracheitis virus and Marek’s virus), and some bacterial pathogens (such as Salmonella and cholera, etc.), it is easy to adsorb on dust. When cleaning with a broom, dust can travel a long distance with the wind, causing environmental pollution.

2. Cleaning and disinfecting. The movable equipment in the chicken house is moved to the outside to wash with water. If there is a knot, it can be scraped off with a knife and then disinfected with disinfectant.

3. Flame spray disinfection. Flame spray is used to sterilize the walls, floors and cages of the house, and the pathogens are killed by high temperature. Sunlight is also a natural disinfectant. Generally, viruses can be killed in a few minutes to a few hours in direct sunlight, so it is very important that the house is vacant for a certain period of time.

Second, chemical disinfection:

1. General spray disinfection. Spray the prepared disinfectant water on the walls of the house, utensils and other equipment for spraying. This method can also be used for disinfecting the road surface. In addition, the flock can also be sprayed and disinfected regularly.

2. Fumigation and disinfection. The disinfectant is treated to produce a bactericidal gas that is used to destroy some dead-end pathogens. In order to increase the disinfection effect, the door, window and tuyere of the house can be closed. After 24 hours, start ventilation and ventilation. (Common disinfectants are formalin and potassium permanganate)

3. Soak and disinfect. Some small utensils in the chicken house, such as egg trays, can be soaked in a disinfection sink for 2 hours, then rinsed with water.
